End-User Licence Agreement

Effective October 2, 2026. Xoolink is in beta: the service is provided “as is,” demo accounts coexist with real accounts, and malfunctions may occur.

This licence governs your right to USE the software and its API. The relationship between you and Xoolink — account, content, packs, billing — is governed by the Terms of Use.

1. Licence granted

Xoolink grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use Xoolink through its web interface and published API, for the duration of your account and within the limits of your tier. This licence conveys no ownership.

2. What you may not do

You may not resell, rent or share access to your account; extract the directory, member profiles or the expertise map in bulk, by scraping or by any automated means beyond the published API quotas; circumvent technical or rate limits; or reverse-engineer the software except where the law expressly permits it.

3. The directory is not a database to harvest

Organization profiles, capabilities and needs are published so that teams can form. Collecting them to build a competing list, resell them, or feed a prospecting tool falls outside this licence and may terminate it without notice.

4. API, keys and integrations

API keys are issued to an organization and remain under its responsibility. Volumes are those published for your tier. Signed webhooks may be used to synchronize your own tools; forwarding them to a third party is your responsibility.

5. Your content and your data

You retain ownership. This licence grants us nothing beyond what the Terms of Use provide: hosting and displaying your content to run the service.

6. Suggestions

If you send us an idea or a bug report, we may use it to improve the service without obligation or compensation. You keep every right you hold over what you create elsewhere.

7. Third-party components

Xoolink integrates open-source components under their own licences, and third-party services (payment, e-mail, AI, e-signature) under their own terms. Nothing here alters those licences.

8. Warranty

During beta, the software is provided “as is,” without warranty of availability or freedom from errors. This exclusion does not apply to a consumer, whose statutory warranties remain in full.

9. End of the licence

The licence ends with your account or with a serious breach of these terms. You then stop all use, and your data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law

This licence is governed by the laws applicable in Quebec, Canada, and any dispute falls to the courts of the judicial district of Montréal.
