Frequently asked questions

How a team forms, what the teaming agreement sets, what the Digitaline AI does, how to earn xools, and what each of the three plans actually covers for you.

Xoolink, in one sentence?

Xoolink helps organizations answer together the projects they could not win alone: a need becomes a coordinated team, a private quote, a clear pact, then a confirmed proof.

Can you explain this without jargon?

Yes. A whole page is written for someone who has never heard of us: no vocabulary, short sentences, a two-minute read.

Who is Xoolink for?

For buyers looking for a complete team, startups and organizations that want to win together, and incubators, accelerators, clusters or other networks that want to activate their ecosystem around real demand.

What Xoolink is NOT?

Not an agency (we sell no services, we employ no one) · not a freelancer marketplace (we assemble organizations, not hours by the task) · not a directory to browse (the AI composes teams around a real need) · not a commission-taking middleman (no % on your contracts, the deal is signed directly) · not a project manager in your place (the offer lead orchestrates delivery, not the platform).

I have an industrial need — how much does posting it cost?

Nothing. Posting a need is free. Xoolink can immediately provide a first reading of available capabilities, then organizations decide whether they want to answer. No percentage is taken from the resulting contract.

Who sees my request?

Depending on the visibility you choose, it joins the network Radar and Digitaline identifies complementary organizations able to answer it. Candidate teams cannot see their competitors’ members, prices or pacts.

What happens after I post it?

The request becomes an opportunity tracked end to end: candidate teams, pacts, private quotes, mandate, delivery and outcome. The buyer compares proposals and mandates a single team.

Is a human answer guaranteed within 48 hours?

No. AI analysis and first suggestions can be immediate, but a human answer depends on available members and their interest. Xoolink aims for a fast first network reaction without turning that target into an artificial guarantee.

Does Xoolink connect people or organizations?

People sign up and carry human relationships. They can be connected to one or more organizations, which carry deliverables, responsibilities, affiliations and proofs. A pack brings both levels together around a need.

What is “Understand my network” for?

This view positions key people from your connections on a Warmth × Value graph and preserves a complete relationship map. It helps reveal who knows whom, who can complement your team and where a relationship deserves attention.

What do “Warmth” and “Value” mean?

Warmth describes the visible strength of a human relationship; value describes observable complementarity for a situation. They are not personal-worth scores. Xoolink shows the signals behind a priority and clearly isolates fictional examples from real data.

How is an organization connected to its members?

Founder, representative, administrator and member roles connect a person to an organization. Active members’ expertise can enrich its capability picture without confusing an individual skill with a deliverable officially carried by the organization.

Does Xoolink take a % of my contracts?

No. The network is free and your contracts stay 100% yours. We only make money through subscriptions and à la carte options.

Do I have to pay to take part in a pack?

No. The whole response side is free: post a need, join a team when invited, submit a quote and sign the pact. Composing YOUR own packs without a cap is Alpha ⭐ (CA$19/mo + taxes, founder price). Clan (CA$49/mo per organization) equips your whole organization: 3 Alpha ⭐ seats for leaders, shared administration, and pack, pact, proof and analytics tracking. No plan grants a ranking advantage.

How do the Clan plan’s “seats” work?

A seat is Alpha ⭐ access offered by your organization. Clan includes three, and they follow your leadership roles: making a member an admin or representative assigns them a seat (“Assign a seat” button in the admin area), removing the role frees it. If there are more leaders than seats, priority goes to the founder, then the representative, then admins by seniority — and each extra seat costs CA$15/mo. Finally, a Clan plan covers a single organization: if you lead two, each takes its own.

How do gifted Alpha coupons work?

Xoolink can gift 1, 2 or 3 months of Alpha through a single-use code. A recognized network can also receive a pack of 10 codes for its ecosystem. The code is redeemed at signup (“Create my account with this code”) or from Pricing; the previous plan resumes automatically when it expires. It confirms no affiliation and provides no matching or directory priority.

I already have Alpha ⭐ — my organization goes Clan, what happens to my subscription?

Nothing is cut automatically: your personal Alpha subscription and your organization’s Clan are two separate subscriptions. Since your Clan seat already gives you Alpha, the Pricing page flags the overlap and offers to stop your individual subscription in one click — you keep Alpha via your seat, and it’s always your call.

What does Alpha ⭐ include?

Alpha ⭐ (CA$19/mo + taxes — founder price, locked for life while your subscription stays active) bundles everything: unlimited packs and pacts, opportunity analyses, Digitaline (the resident AI), the full feed AI (Network pulse, Today’s opportunities) and no feed ads — never any recommendation priority.

Where do sponsored placements appear?

They may appear in the right-hand News column for every plan. For Base accounts, some are also inserted between feed posts; Alpha ⭐ removes feed insertions but not right-hand cards. Campaigns are created in the Ad Manager (from CA$9/week depending on zone and duration, payable in money or xools). All placements remain labeled and never influence matching or directory order.

Can I get the options without paying?

Yes — by contributing to the network you earn xools, redeemable for Alpha ⭐ months, skins, extra AI compositions — and sponsored placements can also be paid in xools, fully or partially, from the Ad Manager. No redemption changes organic ranking.

Can I change or cancel anytime?

Yes. Subscriptions are monthly, no commitment: upgrade, downgrade or cancel whenever you want.

How do I know whether my card will actually be charged?

Xoolink states it above the plans and confirms it again before opening Stripe. In a test environment, no real charge is made: do not use your real card; use Stripe’s 4242 4242 4242 4242 card with a future date and any CVC. In Live mode, the confirmation shows the amount and billing interval; the first charge happens when you confirm in Stripe, then the subscription renews until cancelled.

Why are new sign-ups limited to certain regions during the beta?

Public pages remain available worldwide, but Xoolink is opening new accounts gradually to keep packs coherent and support the first ecosystems properly. Automatic sign-up is currently open in Canada, the United States, Mexico, and Europe. Elsewhere, you can join the waitlist; an individual invitation, a partner coupon, or Xoolink approval can also grant earlier access. Existing accounts are not disabled.

Why do some items carry a “demo” badge?

These are the illustrative characters and posts that bring the network demonstration to life. Anything not badged comes from real accounts.

How does moderation work?

Digitaline does a first pass (setting aside obviously toxic content, a review queue for ambiguous cases), then a human decides. Every member can report content from its ⋯ menu.

Can I delete my account?

Yes, from your profile — deletion is confirmed by a code sent by email, and your data is erased.
