Who can create an organization page? A person linked to the organization can create its page and becomes its first Xoolink administrator. Creating the page never automatically makes that person a founder: their actual function may be employee, executive, board member, representative or another role allowed for that organization type. What is the difference between my function and admin access? Your function describes your real place in the organization. Admin access separately authorizes page editing, membership approval and successor appointment. Making someone an administrator therefore changes neither their job title nor their professional role. How do I share or transfer administration of a page? Under “Admin dashboard,” then “Team & access,” an administrator can appoint others or remove access. The last administrator must first appoint a successor. A legitimate person without access can also request administration from the page; current administrators or Xoolink then review the request. How does someone join an existing organization? They request a membership from their profile and specify their real relationship and position. An organization administrator accepts or rejects it. Until approval, the person cannot commit the organization or claim its proof. Are all organization pages evaluated the same way? No. A company or provider shows capabilities, offers and collaboration proof. A network instead shows its ecosystem pulse, affiliates and inherited capabilities. A public institution presents its mandate, programs, calls and responsible team; it is neither scored nor ranked as a supplier. Where does an organization’s displayed expertise come from? An organization inherits expertise contributed by active members, while its deliverables and offers remain organization-level declarations. A network instead inherits capabilities from confirmed, active affiliated organizations. Xoolink keeps these sources visible so an individual skill never silently becomes a commercial promise. How is an organization’s reputation built? For a provider, it rests on confirmed commitments and outcomes: roles held, pacts honored and collaboration proof. Losing a contract is not a fault; failing to honor a commitment can be. Networks and public institutions use descriptive indicators suited to their mission, not a provider score. How do I show that my organization is hiring? In the page editor, enable recruiting and specify target profiles, expertise, opportunity types, work mode and context. This talent need concerns people and positions; it remains separate from capabilities or partners sought to complete a pack. Can I post an event on behalf of my organization or network? Yes, when you are allowed to represent the host account. The Events form offers your name and eligible organizations or networks. The event then appears on the host page while preserving your identity as its author. Can a public institution appear inside a pack? Not by default. It is treated as a buyer and its page remains descriptive. It can contribute as a pack member only when an authorized person explicitly enables this for a case where the institution truly contributes a capability.
