Your website, posts and professional information made public are visible on your profile. Your email and phone remain limited to you and your direct connections. A signed-out visitor cannot see the composition of your network and must sign in to access it.
Yes. Use **two asterisks** for bold and *one asterisk* for italics. The bio supports multiple paragraphs and up to 3,000 characters; long profiles expand with “Read more.”
Yes. Each membership keeps its own function, position title, dates and status. You can feature several positions in the header while the professional-history section preserves the full timeline.
Under “Edit my profile,” open the relevant membership and add each successive position with its dates. A new position does not replace the previous ones; it completes the timeline. Organization-linked changes may require approval from one of its page administrators.
Enable “Open to collaborate” in the profile editor, then specify your situation, target roles and expertises, job or engagement types and your onsite, hybrid or remote preference. This signal is separate from your availability to join a pack.
Your former position remains in your history with an end date, but you no longer appear as an active member and lose access to the page. As the last administrator, you can appoint a successor or confirm leaving without one from your profile. The page is preserved, the Xoolink team is notified, and someone else can claim it later, subject to approval.
No. Xoolink distinguishes what you declare from what an organization has confirmed. The badge on each experience identifies its source; an unconfirmed experience remains informative and is never presented as an employer attestation.
