You choose which organizations appear in the header without removing them from your detailed history. Who can see my contact details and my network? Your website, posts and professional information made public are visible on your profile. Your email and phone remain limited to you and your direct connections. A signed-out visitor cannot see the composition of your network and must sign in to access it. Can I use bold or italics in my bio? Yes. Use **two asterisks** for bold and *one asterisk* for italics. The bio supports multiple paragraphs and up to 3,000 characters; long profiles expand with “Read more.” Can I belong to several organizations? Yes. Each membership keeps its own function, position title, dates and status. You can feature several positions in the header while the professional-history section preserves the full timeline. How do I show my progression inside an organization? Under “Edit my profile,” open the relevant membership and add each successive position with its dates. A new position does not replace the previous ones; it completes the timeline. Organization-linked changes may require approval from one of its page administrators. How do I say that I am available or open to opportunities? Enable “Open to collaborate” in the profile editor, then specify your situation, target roles and expertises, job or engagement types and your onsite, hybrid or remote preference. This signal is separate from your availability to join a pack. What happens when I leave an organization? Your former position remains in your history with an end date, but you should no longer appear as an active member or act on behalf of the organization. If you administer its page, appoint a successor first; the last administrator cannot leave the page without one. Is a declared experience automatically verified? No. Xoolink distinguishes what you declare from what an organization has confirmed. The badge on each experience identifies its source; an unconfirmed experience remains informative and is never presented as an employer attestation.
