Effective October 2, 2026. Xoolink is in beta: the service is provided “as is,” demo accounts coexist with real accounts, and malfunctions may occur.
By creating an account or using Xoolink, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the service.
Xoolink is provided “as is,” without guarantees of availability or freedom from errors. During beta, data may be reset and demo accounts coexist with real accounts; demo accounts are identified by a “demo” badge.
You provide accurate information, keep your password confidential and remain responsible for activity on your account.
You retain ownership of content you publish and grant us a limited license to host and display it as part of the service. You are responsible for your content and warrant that you hold the necessary rights.
Illegal, hateful, deceptive content and content that infringes others’ rights are prohibited. We may moderate, hide or remove content and suspend accounts for violations.
Xoolink connects people and provides tools, but is not a party to agreements between members and charges no commission on contracts. Packs, pacts and quotes bind only their signatories; the offer lead, not the platform, manages the buyer relationship.
Xools are internal contribution points with no monetary value and cannot be converted into money. They unlock benefits in the rewards catalogue and may evolve or be adjusted.
The Xoolink brand, interface and original content are protected. No rights are granted beyond normal use of the service.
We use reasonable efforts to keep Xoolink available, without guaranteeing uninterrupted service. Planned interruptions are announced in advance where possible; incidents are fixed as promptly as we can. The service evolves: features may be added, changed or removed. If a feature you rely on is substantially removed, we tell you before it takes effect.
Neither party is liable for a failure caused by an event beyond its reasonable control: an infrastructure provider outage, a large-scale network or power failure, disaster, armed conflict, or a public authority decision. Affected obligations are suspended for the duration. If the event lasts beyond thirty days, either party may end the subscription, and section 11 applies.
Price changes never apply to a period already paid. They are announced at least thirty days before renewal, and you may cancel before the term ends. Extended outage: if the service is unavailable for more than seventy-two consecutive hours through our fault, the corresponding period is credited to your subscription on request. Discontinuation: if we decide to shut Xoolink down, we give at least sixty days’ notice, keep data export available throughout, and refund pro rata the unused part of any prepaid subscription.
Our liability under these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the triggering event. We are not liable for indirect losses — lost profit, lost business opportunity or lost data — to the extent permitted by law. This limitation applies neither to bodily injury, nor to gross or wilful fault, nor to a consumer’s mandatory rights, which remain in full. Xoolink is not a party to the contracts concluded between its members. Packs, pacts, quotes and mandates bind you to each other; we guarantee neither their performance nor their payment.
You may close your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or close an account that violates these Terms; except for a serious breach or a legal obligation, we notify you and give you a chance to respond.
We may change these Terms. Any substantial change is announced at least thirty days before it takes effect; continuing to use the service after that date constitutes acceptance. If a change does not suit you, you may cancel before it applies.
These Terms are governed by the law applicable in the province of Quebec (Canada), subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules.
