The Xools Manifesto states a product choice: recognize useful contribution to the network instead of rewarding attention, popularity, or the ability to pay.
Xools are not currency, cryptocurrency, or an investment. They cannot be purchased, have no monetary value, and confer no financial rights or promise of future conversion.
Introducing an expert, forming a pack, enabling collaboration, or helping an opportunity reach an outcome creates value for the collective. Xools make that trace visible and can unlock certain internal benefits.
The goal is to connect a contribution to its context, accountable people, and, when one exists, a confirmed outcome. The stated evidence levels remain explicit: declared, attested, then confirmed.
Holding more xools or paying for a plan never makes anyone more relevant in team composition. Reputation should come from commitments kept and evidence, never from a purchased ranking.
