The expertise map shows what members and organizations can actually mobilize, along with the capabilities still missing to answer needs across the network.
The cloud aggregates expertise declared by members and linked to their active organizations. Opening a term reveals the people and structures behind it, instead of presenting a list of keywords without context.
Expertise can be declared by its holder, attested by a recognized network, or confirmed after a delivered mandate. These levels are not a universal certification claim: they state where the displayed information comes from.
Requests that cannot find a complete team surface the missing capabilities. An ecosystem can then see whom to recruit, which partner to seek, or which development program to build.
A subscription or a xool balance never makes expertise more relevant in matching. Organic visibility depends on the profile information, its link to an organization, and evidence produced through real activity.
